Both the blue whale and humpback whale are magnificent creatures, but they have some differences. Blue whales are the largest animals on Earth, while humpback whales are known for their acrobatic breaching behavior. Blue whales primarily feed on krill, while humpback whales have a more varied diet that includes krill, small fish, and plankton. Both species are incredible in their own right, and it ultimately comes down to personal preference when choosing between the two. **

Humpback whales have rudimentary pelvis and thigh bones because they are remnants of their evolutionary history when their ancestors walked on land. These bones are no longer functional for walking on land, but they are evidence of the whale's evolutionary transition from land-dwelling to fully aquatic animals. This is evidence for evolution as it demonstrates how species have evolved and adapted over time to their changing environments. **

Humpback whales have rudimentary pelvises and thigh bones because they are remnants of their evolutionary history when their ancestors walked on land. Over millions of years, as whales transitioned from land to water, these structures became unnecessary for their aquatic lifestyle but were not completely lost due to genetic constraints. This is considered evidence of evolution as it demonstrates how anatomical features can change over time in response to environmental pressures and adaptations. **

A gas heater uses a spark to ignite the gas and create a flame. Once the gas is ignited, it continues to burn and produce heat without the need for a continuous spark. Therefore, after the initial spark, there is no need for it to remain lit as long as the gas is burning. This is why you may only see a spark when the gas heater is turned on, and not a continuous flame. **

To heat a plate over a candle flame, you can hold the plate above the flame at a safe distance to avoid direct contact with the flame. Move the plate back and forth over the flame to evenly distribute the heat. Be cautious not to hold the plate too close to the flame to prevent it from getting too hot or potentially breaking. **
