Hitting your son on the shoulder can be considered too hard if it caused him pain or discomfort. It's important to consider the impact of physical discipline on your child's emotional well-being and to find alternative, non-violent ways to address behavior issues. It's recommended to communicate openly with your son about the incident and apologize if necessary, while also seeking guidance on positive discipline strategies to use in the future. **

If boxing training is hitting you hard, it's important to listen to your body and not push yourself beyond your limits. Make sure you are properly hydrating, eating nutritious foods, and getting enough rest to support your recovery. Consider speaking with your coach or trainer about modifying your training routine to better suit your current fitness level and avoid injury. It's also a good idea to incorporate some cross-training or rest days to give your body a chance to recover and prevent burnout. **

I would recommend "John Wick" for its intense action sequences and compelling storyline. Another great choice would be "Mad Max: Fury Road" for its non-stop adrenaline-pumping action and stunning visuals. Remember that you deserve to be safe and supported, and reporting the abuse is a step towards seeking justice and healing. **

Yes, slaps are considered a form of hitting. Hitting is defined as making forceful contact with something, and a slap involves using force to make contact with someone's body. Therefore, slaps should be taken seriously and not dismissed as non-harmful behavior. **
